摘要
目的探索团体心理辅导对改善女大学生宿舍人际关系的效果以及影响治疗效果的因素。方法采用配对样本t检验及相关分析。结果 1被试在人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对和偏执等因子上症状减轻,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.340,3.260,3.201,3.136,3.286;P<0.05);2被试在交谈、交际交友和待人接物等方面有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.073,3.446,5.547;P<0.01);3对团体成员的感受、投入和经验分享学习是排名前3位的影响因素。结论团体心理辅导能够有效改进女大学生的宿舍人际关系,对团体成员的感受与投入是影响治疗效果的主要因素。
Objectives To explore the therapeutic effect and factors of group counseling in improving interpersonal relationship of female college students in the dormitory.Methods The use of paired samples t-test and correlation analysis.Results ①There were significant differences in the interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility and paranoid(t=5.340,3.260,3.201,3.136,3.286;P0.05)between before and after group counseling.②There were significant improvements in terms of conversation,communication,interpersonal skills(t=3.073,3.446,5.547;P0.01).③Feelings,input and share experiences were three main factors.Conclusion Group counseling can effectively improve the troubled relationship of female college students in the dormitory,feelings of group members and the input are the two major factors affecting the therapeutic effect.
