摘要
目的探讨军队护理人员时间管理倾向与成就动机的关系。方法利用时间管理倾向量表、成就动机问卷对某军队医院131名护士进行问卷调查。结果时间管理倾向中的3个维度及其总分均与追求成功动机存在显著相关(r=0.275,0.155,0.032,0.197;P<0.01,P<0.05);除时间效能感外时间管理倾向各因子均与避免失败动机存在显著相关(t=0.196,0.283,0.279,0.562;P<0.01,P<0.05);高时间管理倾向者其追求成功动机,避免失败动机均显著高于低时间管理倾向者(t=-3.459,-3.439;P<0.05);军人护士组与聘用护士组在时间监控观、时间效能感、总分、追求成功动机、成就动机方面存在显著性差异(t=2.403,2.724,1.240,1.342,0.905;P<0.05)。结论军队医院中,善于管理时间的护士,其成就动机水平相对较高;军人护士更善于管理时间,并且成就动机也普遍高于聘用护士。
Objective To explore the relationship of army hospital nurse' time management disposition with achievement motivation.Methods Time management disposition questionnaire and AMS(the achievement motive scale)were performed by 131 army hospital nurses.Results There were significant correlations between nurses' time management disposition and achievement motivation in military hospital except time self-efficacy(r=0.275,0.155,0.032,0.197;P0.01,P0.05).The achievement motivation level of nurses with high sense of time management was significantly higher than those who had low sense of time management(t=0.196,0.283,0.279,0.562;P0.01,P0.05);There were significant differences between military nurse group and hired nurse group in time monitoring view,time self-efficacy,the total sum,the pursuit of successful motivation and achievement motivation(t=2.403,2.724,1.240,1.342,0.905;P0.05).Conclusion There are significant correlations between nurses' time management disposition and achievement motivation in military hospital.Military nurses are higher than the hire nurses in time management disposition and the achievement motive aspects.
