摘要
采用MHK - 5 0 0型摩擦试验机 ,在不同锂基脂润滑下 ,对热静等压氮化硅工程陶瓷 (HIP -Si3 N4 )与轴承钢GCr15组成的摩擦副 ,进行了定量试验研究 ,并采用SEM对磨痕表面形貌进行了分析。
With the help of MHK-50 tribological tester the quantitative wearing test is studied for the hybrid mated couple of HIP-Si 3N 4/GCr15(Hot Isostatic Pressure silicon nitride and GCr15 bearing steel)under the lubrication of different lithium-base grease The morphology of worn surface is also anaylized with scanning electron microscope (SEM)
