摘要
在H62黄铜合金中通过添加稀土元素Ce和采用重结晶退火等工艺 ,改变黄铜组织中 β′相的相对量、分布及形貌 ,改善夹杂物的组成和分布 ;测定对应的力学性能参数 ,得到了组织特征与力学性能之间的定性关系。结果表明 ,H62黄铜中 β′相的相对量及分布和形貌与力学性能之间有明显的对应关系 ;夹杂物形貌和分布的改善 ,有利于H62黄铜性能的改善。
The morphology and relative quantity of α,β′ phases in microstructure are altered and constituent and distribution of inclusion are improved through adding RE element Ce to H62 brass and using recrystallization annealing. The quantitative relationship between microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties is obtained by measuring relevant mechanical property parameters. The results showed that there is a obviously corresponding relation between relative quantity of α,β′phases, distribution of β′ phase and mechanical properties in H62 brass. The inclusion improvement is also favorable to property improvement.
