摘要
以某微型货车为研究对象,设计了适合电控限滑差速器的模糊PI控制器,并建立动力传动系统模型和13自由度的整车动力学模型,研究电控限滑差速器对整车性能的影响。在此基础上对整车动力性和操纵稳定性进行仿真研究,同时对装有普通差速器、机械式限滑差速器和电控限滑差速器的车辆进行实车对比试验。仿真分析和道路试验研究表明,装有电控限滑差速器的微型货车比装有普通差速器和机械式限滑差速器的微型货车在整车动力性和操纵稳定性方面有不同程度的改善。
In this paper,a mini truck is selected as study object,a fuzzy PI controller for electric limited slip differential(ELSD) was designed,meanwhile a driveline model and a dynamics model with 13 degrees of freedom of a mini-truck were established to investigate the influence of ELSD on vehicle performance.On the basis of the models,the performance of driving,handling and stability was simulated,and then the comparison tests of real mini-trucks equipped with different types of differentials were carried out.The simulation analysis and road test research showed that,compared with traditional differential and mechanical limited slip differential,the mini-truck equipped with ELSD has better power performance and handling stability.
