摘要
含亚胺和硫脲基团的香豆素类探针在纯水中对常见阴离子(F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、AcO-、HSO4-、H2PO4-、CN-)的识别选择性较差。表面活性剂CTAB存在时,仅CN-引起探针的吸收光谱蓝移104 nm,溶液颜色由橙色变为无色,荧光猝灭46.6倍。CTAB在纯水中形成的胶束微环境明显改善了探针对CN-的识别效果。
Coumarin-based probe bearing imine and thiourea group exhibited poor selectivity among anions(F,Cl,Br,I,AcO,HSO 4,H 2 PO 4,CN) in pure water.In the presence of surfactant CTAB,only CN induced a 104 nm blue-shift of absorbance spectra,a solution color change from orange to colorless and a 46.6-fold fluorescence quenching response.The micelles microenvironment of CTAB in water obviously improved the recognition effects for probe toward CN.
