我国风险投资创新率影响因素研究 被引量：6

摘要 以国内外研究结论为线索,通过实证检验和图形比较发现并论证了影响我国风险投资创新率的因素:政策对我国风险投资规模的发展有滞后一期的显著影响,但是效果很有限。政策对风险投资创新率也有显著影响,并且效果是即期的。政府资金投入一直是影响风险投资创新率的主要因素,但其作用正在发生改变。由于政策供给的角度问题,政策没有促进风险投资对科技企业投资比率的增加;经济环境的优化、法律制度的完善以及税收制度的改进,正在成为当前和将来影响风险投资创新率的重要因素;缺少风险投资家以及缺乏培养、吸引和激发风险投资家积极性的环境是影响我国风险投资创新率最大的掣肘。
