摘要
【目的】研究乡村旅游如何实现游客满意和产业成长,为乡村旅游产业发展提供理论借鉴。【方法】利用异化理论分析乡村旅游发展过程中存在的问题及其造成的影响和危害。【结论】由于理论指导和有效监管的缺失,乡村旅游发展过程中存在景观城市化、生态退化、民风功利化、世俗化、经营策略失当、经营效益低下等异化问题。【建议】从政府推动规范发展、产业集群化、产品体验化升级、社区参与及自主管理5个方面提出推动乡村旅游健康持续发展的建议。
【Objective】This research studied the achievement of visitor satisfaction and industry development in rural tourism to provide theoretical reference for the rural tourism industry development. 【Method】Using the theory of alienation， the influences of problems and harmful causes in the rural tourism development process were analyzed. 【Conclusion】Due to lack of theoretical guidance and effective supervision， alienation problems existing in the development of rural tourism included city-like landscape， ecological degradation， profit based folk customs， location secularization， business strategy misconducts， improper beneficiary management， etc. 【Suggestion】From the 5 aspects of government development promotion and regulation， product experience upgrade， community participation， and independent management， suggestions for the sustainable health development of rural tourism were proposed.
