摘要
目的探讨大豆皂甙对糖尿病大鼠脾细胞IL-2和γ-IFN的影响。方法以Wistar雄性大鼠为研究对象,将实验动物分为3组即对照组、糖尿病模型组和大豆皂甙给药组,3组动物分别每日给予生理盐水、生理盐水、大豆皂甙(SS,10mg/kg)灌胃3个月,然后处死取脾脏进行脾体比、常规组织学染色观察,同时取脾细胞进行淋巴细胞转化率实验及白细胞介素2(IL-2)与白细胞介素18(γ-IFN)的测定。结果与对照组相比较,糖尿病模型组和大豆皂甙治疗组的脾体比及脾脏的形态结构无明显差异(P>0.01);与对照组相比较,糖尿病模型组可使大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化率、IL-2和γ-IFN水平明显降低(P<0.01),大豆皂甙治疗组可使大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞转化率、IL-2和γ-IFN水平升高(P<0.01),而对照组和大豆皂甙治疗组无明显差异(P>0.01)。结论口服大豆皂甙能增强糖尿病大鼠脾脏细胞免疫功能,从而提高机体免疫力。
Objective TO explore the effect of soyasaponins on levels of IL-2 and y-IFN of spleen cell in diabetic rats. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, diabetic model group and ss treatment group, the rats in three groups were given daily saline, daily saline, ss(10 mg· kg 1)orally three month, then they were executed,spleen was obtained,ratio of spleen weight to body weight, HE staining and lymphocyte trans{ormation test were used,and the levels of IL-2 and y-IFN of splenic lymphocytes were also detectd . ResRrsnlts Compared with the control group, ratio of spleen weight to body weight and morphology of the spleen of diabetic model group and ss treat- ment group were no siginificant difference(P〉0.01); Compared with the control group, diabetic model group allows the lymphocyte transformation,IL-2 and y-IFN levels were siginificantly lower(P〈0.01); ss treatment group allows the lymphocyte transformation,IL-2 and y-IFN levels were siginificantly increased (P〈0.01) ; while the control group and ss treatment group were no siginificant difference (P〉0.01). Conclusion The Oral soyasaponins can enhance dia betes rat spleen cells immune function,thereby enhancing the body's immune system .
