羟磷灰石类纳米与仿生材料盖髓的研究

摘要 目的:对比两种羟磷灰石作盖髓剂促修复性牙本质形成方面的差异。方法:对机械穿髓的狗牙直接盖髓,实验组(nHM、nHPM),对照组CH。观察7d和70d时穿髓处修复性牙本质的形成并进行统计分析。结果:nHPM能诱导完整的牙本质桥而nHM则不能。结论:nHA/PA66作为盖髓剂促修复性牙本质形成能力强于nHA。
