金樱子对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾组织TXB_2和6K-PGF1α表达的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察金樱子对阿霉素肾病大鼠肾组织血栓素B2(TXB2)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6K-PGF1α)表达的影响。方法将40只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和治疗组。正常组(10只)尾静脉一次性注射生理盐水1 mL,其余2组(各15只)均采用阿霉素5.5 mg/kg一次性尾静脉注射。1周后治疗组给予金樱子干预,持续8周。检测大鼠尿白蛋白/尿肌酐比值,采用放免法检测肾组织匀浆中TXB2和6K-PGF1α的含量。结果治疗组大鼠较模型组尿白蛋白/尿肌酐比值明显降低,TXB2表达含量下降,6K-PGF1α表达含量升高。结论金樱子能减少阿霉素肾病大鼠尿蛋白排泄,其机制可能与调节TXB2与6K-PGF1α的平衡有关。 Objective It is to observe the effects of Rosa Laevigata Michx on the expreesion of TXB2 and 6K- PGF1α in renal tissue of rats with nephrosis induced by Adriamycin. Methods Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group and treatment group. The rats in normal group(n = 10) were given 1 mL normal saline by once injection into the tail vein. The rats in the other two groups (n = 15) were given 5.5 mg/kg by once injection into the tail vein. After 1 week, rats in the treatment group were treated with Rosa Laevigata Michx for 8 weeks. UAlb/UCr was measured. The levels of TXB2 and 6K -PGF1α in renal tissue were measured by radio-immunoassay methods respectively. Results UAlb/UCr and the expression of TXB2 were decreased significantly and 6K -PGFlct was increased significantly in treatment group compared with that of model group. Conclusion Rosa Laevigata Michx can reduce the excretion of urinary protein in rats with nephrosis induced by Adriamycin, the mechanism may be related with its regulation of the balance of TXB2 and 6K - PGF1 α.
