摘要 为满足快速检测酒精气体浓度仪器的需求,研究了半导体激光器吸收光谱气体分析技术的基本原理,构建了一套调谐激光光谱技术与长光程池相结合的实验装置,详细介绍了测量系统的总体设计方案,从而解决了抗干扰性不高及分析速度缓慢等问题。重点对不同浓度的酒精气体进行特征峰值吸收测量实验,构建出酒精气体浓度检测TDLAS实验平台,为酒精气体浓度实时检测提供一定参考。 In order to meet the rapid detection of alcohol gas concentration equipment requirment, the fundamental principle of TDLAS is studied in this paper; one set of experiment device has been designed and installed for the purpose of research and application of TDLAS technology that combined with a long absorption path. Among them, the general measurement system design plan is intro- duced, and then solves the problems of low interference and slow analysis of data transmission. The paper focus on the absorption measurement experiment of different concentration of alcohol in gas characteristic peak, builds a TDLAS experiment platform for the alcohol gas concentration detection, and provides some reference to the real-time detection of alcohol gas concentration.
