Thematic Information Quickly Reporting System for Earthquake Emergency in Jiangsu Province

摘要 利用3S技术,在融合多源异构数据的基础上,构建了震害背景信息和灾区震害信息的专题数据库,研制出了震害空间分布图快速、灵活的出图方法。在.NET平台下,采用ArcEngine和ComGIS设计并研发了江苏省地震应急速报信息快速提取和出图系统,实现了12322防震减灾公益短信平台灾情的可视化表达,并改进了"地震应急指挥辅助决策技术系统"专题信息的快速提取和现有成图方法,使出图速度提高了3~10倍。 Based on integrated multi-source heterogeneous data with 3S technology, the thematic databases on background and damage information in seismic area were constructed in this study, and a fast and flexible method for mapping seismic damage space distribution in disaster region was explored. By means of ArcEngine and ComGIS on the . NET platform, a system for earthquake emergency was devel- oped, which could rapidly extract information needed and output thematic maps. In this system, not only was it graphically displayed that re- suited from 12322 public service SMS platform for protecting against and mitigating earthquake disaster, but also was the thematic maps making method improved in the assistant decision making system for earthquake response. As a result, the mapping time was shorter 3-10 times than before.
