摘要
目的通过对医院员工进行访谈,全面深入地了解医院文化现状及员工期望的医院文化。方法采用质性研究的现象学研究方法,对7名员工进行半结构式访谈。结果经过对员工访谈资料的整理归类,得出4个主题:团队支持文化、灵活变革文化、市场绩效文化、层级规范文化。结论医院文化建设应该以人为本,进行人性化管理。医院文化建设应该重视创新变革,实现可持续发展。医院文化建设还要重视市场绩效,提高患者满意度。医院文化建设要有稳定的制度保障,加强制度执行力。
Objective To understand the hospital culture status as well the culture of the staff expected though interview with the staff of the hospital. Methods To employ the methods of Qualitative Research using a phenomenological approach to semi-structured interviews with seven employees. Results After finishing employees interview materials, we obtained four aspects: clan culture, adhocracy culture, market culture and hierarchy culture. Conclusion Hospital culture should be established and managed based on humanism. Hospital culture construction should also focus on innovative reform and sustainable development. Besides, hospital culture should emphasize the marketing performance and increase the degree of patients’ satisfactions. And hospital culture construction also need stable institutional guarantee and enforcement of institutional implementation.
