摘要
目的解决当前何首乌资源保护与利用的矛盾。方法通过实地调查及文献研究,了解我国何首乌野生资源现状、种植生产情况,分析资源匮乏原因,提出有效保护对策。结果我国现有何首乌野生资源蕴藏量不足20000吨,然而年需求量却在10000吨以上,供需矛盾十分突出。造成资源匮乏的主要原因是利用过度、生境及种质资源被破坏。结论保护野生资源的同时,需尽快建立高产、质优的药材生产基地,从而达到野生资源的永续利用。
OBJECTIVE To resolve the current contradiction between resource protection and utilization relat- ed to Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. METHODS Through field surveys and literature studies, the status of wild resources, production and cultivation of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. were known. The reasons for lack of resources were analysed and effective protection measures were proposed. RESUTLS At present, the wild re- sources reserve is less than 20,000 tons.At the same time, the annual demand is as high as 10,000 tons with the prominent contradiction between supply and demand. The main causes leading to resource lack are excessive use, destruction of habitat and germplasm resources. CONCLUSION In addition to protection of wild resources, pro- tection of wild resources, high-yield and high quality medicine production bases are established as soon as possible, so as to achieve sustainable use of wild resources.
