摘要
无源滤波器是现代通信、电子对抗和航空航天等系统中的关键器件之一。LC滤波器因其特有的优势而得到广泛的应用。在实际的使用过程中,经常会出现由于电感原因导致的产品失效现象,给系统带来困扰。介绍了LC滤波器的工作原理和电感元件的作用,针对最常见的磁环电感所致的失效问题进行了分析。就磁环电感的关键部件——磁环与漆包线,分别给出几种不同的失效模式及相应的具体事例,并针对不同的失效模式提出了解决办法和提升可靠性的措施。
Passive filter is one of the key components in modem systems, especially in modern correspondence, the electronics resistance, aviation aerospace etc. LC filter gets more and more extensive applications for its advantages. Usually failures appear in LC filters due to inductance errors, resulting in system problems. Following LC fihers'theory, function of inductance is generally analysed. Magnet ring and lacquered wires are assembling parts of a magnet-ring inductance. Several failure modes and examples of magnet ring and lacquered wires are presented contraposing the most familiar failures of magnet-ring inductances. Corresponding solving methods are put forward respectively to promote the credibility.
