摘要
针对永磁电机的输出转矩波动过大及转动平稳问题,依据二维电磁场设计理论,采用有限元分析方法,研究了永磁电机的极槽配合及气隙长度等影响齿槽定位转矩的因素,得到了这些因素对齿槽定位转矩影响的规律,为后续研究提供了参考。
Aimed at excessive fluctuation of the output torque and smooth rotation of the permanent-magnet motor, based on two-dimensional electromagnetic field design theory, using the finite element method, we have studied the factors affecting eogging torque such as pole-slot combination and the air gap length of the permanent-magnet motor. And the rules of the effect on cogging torque is proposed, which supplies the reference for the following research work.
