摘要
通过采用D16型钢梁代替多拼工字钢应用于现场浇筑箱梁的悬臂分配梁,运用面积荷载法将现浇梁体单位面积荷载与模板和支架等效荷载叠加,将梁体、模板、支架及施工荷载作用于D16型钢梁悬臂分配梁上,建立D16型钢梁力学受力模型,求出D16型钢梁内力图,依据规范要求检算采用D16型钢梁的抗弯强度σ、抗剪强度τ及挠度w是否满足施工要求。结果表明,在场地受限或施工环境较复杂的条件下,采用D型钢梁代替多拼工字钢可以满足施工要求,还可以节约成本。
Apply D16 type steel beam instead of joint I-shaped steel on the cantilever beam of the cast-in-place box beam.Superimpose the unit area load of cast-in-place beam with the equivalent load of the template and the support according to the area load method and act the beam,template and construction load on the cantilever beam of the D16 type steel beam,establish a mechanical stress model of D16 type steel beam,calculate the internal force diagram of the D16 type steel beam and according to the regulations,check and calculate the bending strength,shearing strength and deflection satisfies construction needs.The results show that under the circumstance of a limited site or a complicated environment,using D type steel beam instead of joint I-shaped steel can not only satisfy construction needs but also save costs.
