维持性血透合并甲状腺功能减退患者治疗评价

摘要 慢性肾脏病如病情持续恶化,将进展至终末期肾病,则需行透析治疗。近来研究发现,慢性肾功能衰竭患者由于肾小球滤过率降低,碘化物排泄减少,体内无机碘增加,甲状腺对碘摄取增加,而体内的无机碘增加可阻断甲状腺激素的合成,使患者出现轻度甲状腺肿和甲状腺功能减退(简称甲减)发生率增加。作者对40例行维持性血透的慢性肾衰合并甲减患者,应用左旋甲状腺素片治疗取得较好疗效,现报道如下。
