维持性血透合并甲状腺功能减退患者治疗评价

摘要 慢性肾脏病如病情持续恶化，将进展至终末期肾病，则需行透析治疗。近来研究发现，慢性肾功能衰竭患者由于肾小球滤过率降低，碘化物排泄减少，体内无机碘增加，甲状腺对碘摄取增加，而体内的无机碘增加可阻断甲状腺激素的合成，使患者出现轻度甲状腺肿和甲状腺功能减退（简称甲减）发生率增加。作者对40例行维持性血透的慢性肾衰合并甲减患者，应用左旋甲状腺素片治疗取得较好疗效，现报道如下。
