利用人羊膜修补新西兰大白兔直肠瘘的实验研究

摘要 目的探讨人新鲜羊膜修补直肠吻合口瘘的疗效。方法 36只新西兰大白兔随机分成2组,A组6只作为对照组,直肠瘘口不用羊膜修补,B组30只作为治疗组,用羊膜修补直肠瘘口。结果 A组6只平均存活63h,B组30只全部长期存活。对6只死亡的兔子解剖发现腹腔内有大量的粪便,死因为肠瘘造成腹膜炎;B组30只全部存活,处死后解剖发现瘘口全部愈合,炎性肉芽生长,肠黏膜上皮生长,腹腔内未见有腹膜炎。结论人羊膜可作为新西兰大白兔直肠瘘修补的理想生物材料。 Objective To assess the effective of human amniotic membrane to repair rectal fistula of New Zealand albino rabbit. Methods Thirty-six New Zealand albino rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. In Group A (n=6), the con- trol group, the rectal fistula had no repair. In Group B (n= 30) the rectal fistula was repaired with human amniotic membrane. Results All 6 rabbits in group A only lived 63 hours on average, other 30 ones in group B all survived with a long life span. By dissecting the 6 died rabbits, we found there were lots of dejecta in each abdominal cavity. It was the peritonitis caused by intes- tinal fistula that resulted in the death. After killing and dissecting the 30 living ones, we found orificium fistulae was entirely healed, inflammatory granulation and intestinal epithelium had glowed, and there was no peritonitis detected in the abdominal cavity. Conclusion Human amniotic membrane can be an ideal biomaterial Utilized in healing rectal fistula for New Zealand Rabbits.
