股骨髁上骨折逆行交锁髓内钉68例临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨逆行交锁髓内钉GSH内固定治疗股骨髁上骨折的疗效。方法:从2004年6月—2010年4月采用逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折患者68例。男性42例,女性26例。结果:68例全部随访12~36个月,平均19个月。骨折均愈合。膝关节功能恢复良好。优良率94.12%。结论:逆行交锁髓内钉是治疗股骨髁上骨折的理想方法之一,扩大了髓内钉手术适应症。具有固定牢固。操作安全简单,有利于骨折生长和膝关节的早期功能锻炼,疗效满意。
