摘要
多脏器功能障碍综合征(MODS)病因多,病死率极高,尚缺乏有效的内科治疗手段。连续性血液净化(CBP)在危重患者中的应用日趋广泛,其具有血流动力学稳定、精确控制容量平衡、调整电解质酸碱平衡、缓慢持续清除毒素、清除致病炎性介质、调节免疫功能等多项优势,能有效缓解患者病情,降低病死率,改善预后,是目前治疗MODS的主要方法及研究热点。
Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome（MODS）has many causes and extremely high mortality,but lacks of effective medical treatment.Continuous blood purification（CBP）therapy has been used widely in patients with critical illness.CBP has many advantages,such as：hemodynamic stability,precision control capacity balance,adjustment of the electrolyte acid-base balance,slow continuous removal of toxins,clearing pathogenic inflammatory mediators,regulating immune function and so on,which can efficiently relieve the patient′s conditions,decrease case fatality and improve the prognosis,making it the major treatment and hot research spot of MODS.
