摘要
对葡萄叶面积的估测,采用 A.S.梅里尼克法是行之有效的。但为提高估测的精确度,宜根据具体品种重新确定矫正系数。葡萄叶面积的估测,也可应用回归估计法。其回归方程的建立,应以叶片最大直径为自变量,以实测的叶面积为依变量。当以叶片中脉长度为自变量时所建立的回归方程其估计误差较大。
Leaf area of Nuinai grapevines was estimated according to the ampelometric method of A.S.Melinik.Maximum diameter of each of 100 leaves was measured and used for calculating the corresponding circular area,by tim- ing which with different correcting coefficients the estimated leaf areas were obtained.Comparisons were made between estimated values of the leaf area and real leaf areas measured by a planimeter.The results showed that the method of A.S.Melinik for estimating grape leaf area is simple and effective,but the correcting coefficient used for leaves of Nuinai grapevines likely should be 1.38 rather than 1.30,as proposed for five-lobed leaves with averagely deep sin- uses.Comparisons were made between several methods of estimating grape leaf area using regression.The results showed that a linear regression may have advantages of simplicity and high accuracy in estimating leaf areas of grapevi- nes as the functionsof leaf diameter.Thus,a equation of regression may be ob- tained using the maximum diameter of leaf blades(the distance from terminal tooth of the apical lob to distal tooth on one of the inferior lataral lobs of the leaf blade) as independent variable and estimated leaf area as response variable.The equation of regression for Nuinai grapevines is ■= 17.3908d-130.045,where LA is the estimated leaf area,and d is the maximnm leaf diameter.The eguation is the effective for leaf maximum diameter from 9.85 to 22.5cm.
