亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与特殊人群 被引量：1

摘要 亚临床甲状腺功能减退症（简称亚甲减，subclinical hypothyroirlism，SCH），以往也称轻度甲状腺功能减退症或临床前甲状腺功能减退症。一般是指血清游离甲状腺素（FT4）在正常范围，而血清促甲状腺激素（thyroid-stimulating hormone，TSH）水平升高，患者没有明显的甲状腺功能减退（甲减）的临床症状和体征，是甲状腺功能减退症的早期阶段，诊断必须依靠血清学检查[1]。
