下肢静脉曲张3种外科治疗方法疗效比较 被引量:12

摘要 为探讨245例下肢静脉曲张患者几种治疗方法的疗效,将其分为三组:传统手术治疗组137条(109例)为A组,主干剥脱+静脉腔内激光治疗65条(58例)为B组,主干剥脱+曲张静脉刨吸治疗89条(75例)为C组,观察3组的疗效。结果显示,与A组相比较,B组和C组手术时间较短(P<0.05),B组和C组切口数较少(P<0.05);C组手术费用较高,B组和C组术后多见下肢麻木不适(P<0.05),B组和C组术后复发率降低(P<0.05),C组术后容易出现皮下血肿和发生术后感染,B组术后较易发现皮下硬结节(P<0.05)。结果表明,静脉腔内激光治疗术和曲张静脉刨吸术与传统术式治疗下肢静脉曲张各有优缺点,应根据患者不同病情采有不同的术式,必要时可多种方法联合应用。
