镧对西瓜(Citrullus lanatus)种子及幼苗的促长增抗作用 被引量:3

摘要 用不同浓度氧化镧水溶液浸泡西瓜种子12h,测定其萌发情况及幼苗的生理生化指标。结果表明,氧化镧溶液浸种可提高西瓜种子的萌发率和活力指数,其中,氧化镧浓度为1.0g.L-1对西瓜种子萌发促进作用最大。经浸种处理而萌发的西瓜幼苗,其体内PPO、SOD、CAT活性上升,POD活性下降,蛋白质含量增加,抗性增强。本研究可为稀土进一步在植物增抗防病方面的应用提供参考。 Watermelon(Citrullus lanatus)seeds were soaked in the solution with different concentrations of La2O3 for 12 h, the germination were observed, and physiobiochemical indices of seedlings were tested. The results showed that germination rate and vigor indices of the seeds soaked in La2O3 solutions were improved. The concentration of 1.0 g L-1 La2O3 had the best germination effect. The enzyme activities of PPO, SOD and CAT increased in seedlings, which their seeds had been soaked in solutions of La2O3. Correspondingly, the protein content and resistance were increased, while the POD activity decreased. The results can provide reference for the application of the rare earth elements in plant resistance and prevention.
