摘要
目的:对黄连和吴茱萸的化学成分研究、药理学研究进行综述。方法:查阅文献,并利用传统中医理论和现代药学研究结果分析黄连、吴茱萸的配伍合理性。结果与结论:黄连、吴茱萸化学成分复杂,配伍后变化机理尚未明确。
Objective To review the researches on the chemical composition and pharmacology of Coptis chinensis Franch and Evodia rutaecarpa （Juss） Bench .Methods By consulting the review of literature combined with the research conclusions by using the traditional Chi- nese medicine theory and modern pharmacy ,the compositions of Captious chinensis Franch and Evodia rutaecarpa（Juss） Bench is analyzed. Results The chemical compositions Coptis chinensis Franch and Evodia rutaecarpa （Juss） Bench are complicated, the change mechanism after compatibility is yet unclear.
