摘要 利用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定富硒羊肉中硒的含量,考察了负高压310V,灯电流80InA,载流盐酸浓度3%,载气流速400mL/min,屏蔽气流速800mL/min,还原剂硼氢化钾浓度10g/L等因素对硒含量测定的影响。该方法的线性范围为0-15μg/mL,相关系数为0.9997,检出限为0.0516μg/mL,回收率为96.7%-98.5%。测定标准物质含量值,均在标准值许可范围内,相对标准偏差为2.27%。 The selenium in selenium enriched mutton was detected by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The effects of various factors, such as negative pressure 310 V, lamp current of 80 mA, carrier concentration of hydrochloric acid 3%, carrier gas flow rate 400 mL/min, shielding gas flow rate 800 mL/min and reducing agent KBH4 concentration 10 g/L, on determination of selenium content were studied. With the approach the linear range is 0-15 μg/mL, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 7, the detection limit is 0.051 6 μg/m and the recovery rate is 96.7%-98.5%. The standard substance content values detected are all within the scope of standard value and the relative standard deviation is 2.27%.
