摘要
吸水性样品由于其增菌培养过程中的吸水作用,使增菌液含量明显减少,进而影响微生物的生长环境。在沙门氏菌和肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157的检验过程中,由于样品的吸水作用,使培养环境如pH值和NaCl含量等因素发生改变,通过分析影响微生物生长的因素pH值和NaCl含量的变化,研究吸水性样品对沙门氏菌和肠出血性大肠埃希菌O157检测的影响。
Due to the suction effect of samples with water imbibition attribute, the proliferation broth was decreased obviously, which influenced the growing environment during the bacteria proliferation culture. Some special samples for its function of absorbing water, made the broth reduced and some times made the sample expansion into paste phenomenon, in the process of inspection of Salmonella and enterohemorrhagic E. coli 0157. Factors that influenced the growth of the microbes, such us the pH value and the different content of NaCl, were analyzed in this paper, and found out the detection effect of sample with water imbibition in the inspection of Salmonella and enterohemorrhagic E. coli O157.
