摘要
生产装置大型化是LNG生产工艺技术发展水平最明显标志。与此同时,国内外中小型LNG装置技术开发与建设也取得了令人瞩目的成就。天然气液化是一种能耗极高的工艺过程,其设备投资在总投资中所占比例甚大,且有效能在总能耗中所占比例不超过40%。因此,在LNG工程可行性研究和/或前端设计(FEED)中,运用有效能Ex分析以改进各种制冷流程的热力学效率是降低设备能耗、尺寸和投资的重要技术措施。此技术也是我国开发具有自主知识产权新工艺的必由之路,应引起有关部门充分重视。
The maximization of LNG plant is the most obvious mark in LNG production technology development. At present,technical development of domestic and overseas middle and small LNG plants has made remarkable achievements. Natural gas liquefaction needs very high energy consumption,its equipment investment accounts for a large ratio in gross investment and available energy utilization rate is less than 40% of total energy consumption. Therefore,in LNG project feasibility study or FEED,an important technical measure for reducing equipment energy consumption,size and investment is to apply available energy(Ex)analysis so as to improve thermodynamic efficient of various refrigeration processes,which is the only way for developing new processes with independent intellectual property,more attention shall be paid byrelevant departments.
