摘要 目的研究腰大肌的肌构筑学特征,为深入探讨腰大肌的功能提供形态学资料。方法运用肌构筑学法研究5具成人尸体的腰大肌。结果腰大肌平均肌重191.1±7.21 g,肌长34.2±3.40 cm,肌纤维长13.4±0.99cm,生理横切面积12.9±1.25 cm2。结论腰大肌是脊柱腰部两侧的长梭形屈肌,倾向于速度型构筑特征,主要参与稳定腰椎[1]和运动髋关节。 Objective To study the architecture of human psoas major and further provide the morpho- logical basis for the investigation of paoas major function. Methods The psoas major in 5 adult cadavers was studied by the muscle architecture method. Results The average weight, muscle length, fiber length and the physiological cross sectional area (PCSA) of psoas major were 191.1 ± 7.21 g, 34.2 ±3.40 cm, 13.4 ±0.99 cm andl2.9 ±1.25 cm2, respectively. Conclusion Psoas major is the spinal waist lo- cated on both sides of the long spindle flexor muscle and inclined to have the architecture feature of speed type and mainly responsible for stabilizing the lumbar spine and sports hip joint.
