摘要
目的探讨工伤伤残的易发因素并提出防范措施,为预防工伤事故的发生提供参考资料。方法对遵义医学院附属医院司法医学鉴定中心2009年1月至2012年10月1112例工伤伤残等级法医临床学鉴定案例进行统计分析。结果 1112例工伤事故中,男970例,女142例,年龄主要分布在20～44岁。事故发生时间主要在每年的3、4月份和7、8、9月份。受伤部位以四肢多见,受伤方式常见的是重物砸伤。结论工伤事故主要以男性中青年为主,低温与高温环境是事故的多发时间段。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of work - related injuries disability and further pro- vide the theoretical basis for the work - related accidents prevention. Methods One thousand and one hundred and twelve cases of work - related accidents in the Forensic Medical Identification Centre of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from January, 2009 to October, 2012 were statistically ana- lyzed. Results There were 970 men and 142 women in 1112 work -related accidents with the age ranged from 20 to 44 years old. The accidents mainly happened in March, April, July, August and September. The most common injury site was limbs and the main risk factor was heavy pound. Conclusion The work -related accidents are mainly focused in young and mid -aged men and the low and high temperature environment are the multiple occurrence period of accidents.
