摘要
对地方医学院校教育经费管理水平进行评价,是及时、准确反馈财务信息,改进财务管理模式,全视角掌控发展态势的有效途径。文章运用Delphi法和AHP法构建评价指标体系,采用功效系数法进行无量纲化处理,建立多变量综合评价模型,并以某省属医科大学为例进行了实证研究。
To evaluate the management level of educational funds in local medical universities is an effective approach to the timely and accurate feedback of financial information,the improvement of finance management model,and the comprehensive control of the development tendency.In this article,the Delphi method and the AHP method are used in establishing and evaluation index system,the efficacy coefficient method is adopted valueing the dimensionless index,and a multivariate comprehensive evaluation model is established;and based on this,an empirical analysis is made through the case study of a provincial medical university.
