大型煤制烯烃项目之壳牌煤气化装置灰渣残碳量高的原因分析及解决措施 被引量:8

Reason Analysis on High Carbon Content Remained in Ash/Sludge for Shell Coal Gasification Plant in Large-sized Coal Made Olefin Hydrocarbon Project

摘要 大唐多伦48万t/a煤制烯烃项目之壳牌煤气化装置以劣质褐煤为原料(国内壳牌煤气化装置中的首例),气化炉运行期间一度出现碳转化率偏低、灰渣中残碳量过高的问题。分析和研究了气化炉灰渣中残碳率过高的原因;采取了提高反应温度和压力、确保煤粉计量准确和气化炉内气流稳定;投用氧气预热器等技改措施。结果表明,由于提高了碳转化率和气化效率,气化炉灰中的残碳量由17%降低至2%,渣中的残碳量由5%降低至1%,达到了设计指标。 Taking a bad quality of lignite as raw material was used in the Shell coal gasification plant (first example belonged in Shell coal gasification plant in China) of the project of olefin hydrocarbon made by coal with a capacity of 480 000 t/a, there were problems with too low conversion rate of carbon, too high carbon content remained in ash/sludge, occurred once during operating period of the gasifier. Author has analyzed and researched the rea- son why the carbon content was so too high, remained in ash/sludge of the gasifier; the improvement measures were adopted, sueh as to increase the reaction temperature and pressure, and to insure pulverized coal metering being accurate and stable gas flow inside gasifier as well as to put oxygen gas pre- heater into operation and so on. Result indicates that the carbon content remained in ash of gasifier is reduced from 17% to 2%, and the carbon content remained in sludge reduced from 5% to 1%, reaching design index, since the carbon conversion rate and gasification efficiency are increased.
