简述了聚甲醛装置甲醛回收系统的工艺流程;分析了甲醛回收塔顶冷凝器管侧出口温度过高、甲醛受槽气相放空管线堵塞、甲醛受槽安全阀阀后管线堵塞以及废水缓冲池pH值偏低的原因;提出了相应的技改措施;总结了技改效果。
Author has briefly described the process flow for formaldehyde recovery system in polyoxymethylene plant; has analyzed the reasons that the outlet temperature was too high in tube side of the condenser at top of formaldehyde recovery column, the gas phase vent pipeline from formaldehyde receipting tank was blocked, the pipeline after safety valve from formaldehyde receipting tank Was also blocked, and the pH value was too low in the waste water buffer pond; has supposed appropriate technical reformation measures, has summarized the technical reformation effect.
