摘要
本文利用二维数值模型分析和计算外转子斜槽电磁式双凸极电机的电磁场问题。首先,设计了一台5kW12/8极外转子斜槽电磁式双凸极电机,在二维场下完成了采用分段法计算该电机电磁场的有限元程序的编写。然后,通过所编写的程序对本文所研究的电机进行了有限元计算和性能分析。计算结果表明,转子斜槽对电励磁双凸极电机的反电势波形具有一定的改善,同时可以有效的削弱转矩脉动。
Used the two-dimensional numerical model to analyze and calculate the problem of the outer rotor chute doubly salient electro-magnetic motor. First, designed a 5 kW12 / 8 pole outer rotor skewing DSEM, and used the segmentation method to achieve the development of the calculation of the electromagnetic field finite element program in 2-D field. Finally, used the program to calculate and analysis a finite element and performance of the motor that studied in this paper. The results show that, the rotor skewing can improve the back EMF waveform and can effectively weaken the influence of the torque ripple.
