摘要
位置自动控制在钢铁企业里占有极为重要的地位,它是以传统控制理论为依据,用编码器或直线位移传感器检测出实际位置作为反馈来进行控制。而钢铁企业现场环境又比较恶劣,这些元件在这样的环境下很容易损坏,这就给生产带来很多不便。主要表现在影响生产的顺利进行,增加设备的备件和维修成本,要消耗大量人力去维护、保养和更换。基于这些原因,根据位置自动控制理论,引入了模糊控制,用模糊控制理论取代传统控制理论,用软件代替位置检测装置来实现位置自动控制。通过在现场的实际应用,取得了很好的效果,也获得了很高的经济效益。
Position automatic control occupies a very important position in the iron and steel enterprise. Based on traditional control theory, it use encoder or linear displacement sensors to detect the actual position as a feedback to control. However, the environment in iron and steel enterprise is so poor that these components are easy to be damaged. This will bring a lot of inconvenience to the production, mainly affect productivity running smoothly, Increasing spare parts and Maintenance cost, and need more people maintaining and renewing. For these reasons , according to Position automatic control theory. I bring in the fuzzy control , which is used to replace the traditional control theory and the position detection device can be replaced by software to realize automatic control position . Through application of spot, we have good result and high eco- nomic benefits.
