摘要
基于平均流量模型及微凸峰接触理论,建立了带有织构的滑动轴承在混合润滑状态下的模型,分析了混合润滑状态下表面织构参数对滑动轴承承载能力和摩擦因数的影响。结果表明:织构布置位置、半径和深度对轴承的润滑性能都有重要的影响,而深径比对润滑性能并无明显影响。
Based on the average flow model and asperity contact theory, a mixed lubrication model is presented for journal bearings with texture. The effects of the surface texture parameters on the load capacity and friction coefficient of journal bearings are analyzed. The results show that the texture configuration, radius and depth have an important effect on the lubrication characteristics of bearings, while the depth radius ratio has no obvious effect on the lubrication characteristics.
