弹性阶段单箱双室梯形结合梁弯扭效应分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究单箱双室梯形结合梁在偏心竖向荷载作用下的弯扭效应,根据受力平衡原理,给出了偏心竖向荷载的分解方法,以哈大线某铁路结合梁为例,将偏心列车荷载分解为独立的弯曲荷载、刚性扭转荷载和畸变荷载,并采用有限元对各独立荷载作用下的应力进行了分析,主要结论为:单箱双室梯形结合梁在偏心列车荷载作用下以弯曲正应力为主;扭转荷载包括刚性扭转荷载、第一畸变荷载和第二畸变荷载,扭转正应力和第一畸变正应力均沿截面横向呈反对称分布,第二畸变正应力呈正对称分布,第一畸变应力为主要畸变应力;横隔板对扭转应力影响较小,但对第一、第二畸变应力均影响较大。 In order to study the bending-torsion effect of trapezoidal single box-double cell composite beams under eccentric vertical load, a decomposition method for eccentric vertical load was presen- ted based on the load equilibrium principle. A composite beam in Haerbin-Dalian railway was ana- lyzed using ANSYS software. The eccentric railway load was decomposed into bending load, rigid torsion load, and distortion load, and the stress under each load was analyzed respectively. The main conclusions include that the dominating normal stress are bending stress in the trapezoidal sin- gle box-double cell composite beam under eccentric vertical load and the torsion load includes rigid torsion load, the first distortion load, and the second distortion load; the rigid torsion normal stress and the first distortion normal stress all distribute anti-symmetrically along the transverse direction of the cross section, but the second distortion normal stress is symmetric; the first distortion normal stress is the main distortion stress; the diaphragms have small influence on the rigid torsional normal stress but have large influence on the first and second distortion normal stress.
