摘要
针对国内全自动加样仪高速高精度多通道、实现标本和试剂连续分配的要求,设计了一套基于运动控制卡的加样系统。详细介绍了硬件结构设计、软件框架设计、处理算法及其实现方式;通过精简硬件结构、合理硬件选型以及采用面向对象技术和多线程编程思想开发控制系统软件以提高系统性能。实验结果证明,系统实现了稳定高速高精度自动加样处理,系统的性能、体积和成本满足工业需求。
In order to realize high speed and accuracy, multi channel, continuous dispensing for sample and reagent, a dispensing system based on motion control card is designed. Hardware and software struc- ture, related algorithm and database are introduced in detail. Performance is improved by appropriate simplified hardware, OOT (object oriented technology) and multi thread. Test demonstrates the system' s performance, size and cost is accepted.
