海德汉系统的多种加工模式软件包开发与应用

摘要 针对加加速的阶跃变化会对机床产生柔性冲击的现象,文章提出了采用合理设置机床的加工参数达到限制加加速并选用合适滤波器对加加速进行光滑处理的方法,有效避免了机床的柔性冲击。该方法根据零件加工侧重点不同,以海德汉iTNC530系统为平台,设计了机床加工参数设置的软件包。该软件包将零件的加工分成四种加工模式,并对每种加工模式进行机床加工参数的细化设置。加工实例表明,通过调用不同加工模式的软件包,在满足加工精度的基础上减少了辅助加工时间,显著提高了加工效率。 The machine flexible impact was due to step change of the jerk, this paper proposed a meth- od, In this method, the machining parameters were set reasonably. It could limit the jerk and smooth handling the jerk by selecting the appropriate filter. It could effectively reduce the CNC machine flexible impact because of step change in jerk. The machining parameters of the package was designed in the HEIDENHAIN iTNC530 system platform. This package was developed according to the parts processing requirements. The package was divided into four machining processing modes. The machining parame- ters were refined set for each processing modes. The machining experimental results shown that, The dif- ferent machining parameters could be called in the CNC machining process according to different process- ing conditions. It could reduce secondary machining time and improve the machining efficiency with in the allowable range in the accuracy.
