摘要
通过文献和案例研究,创新性提出员工与组织匹配视角的企业价值观塑造模式:一是从员工与组织双向视角构建企业价值观,即以核心管理者价值观为主导,同时注重员工价值观取向;二是以员工选、育、用、留四个阶段为主线,深入探讨员工与组织匹配视角下企业价值观的塑造。
Through the literature and case studies, this paper puts forward the enterprise values shape model from the per- spective of employees and the organization match. It puts forward the view that set up the business enterprise values from the two-way perspective of employees and the organization. From this viewpoint, the business enterprise values are leading by the values of core managers, while pay attention to employee value orientation. In addition, how to model the enterprise val- ues will be further discussed from the perspective of employees and the organization match, and elaborated from the four sta- ges of employee selection, employee foster, using employees and keeping employees.
