摘要
系统研究了胶凝砂砾石材料(CSG)配合比设计中水胶比、水泥用量、粉煤灰掺量、砂率、含泥量等参数对其强度的影响,并推荐了适用于胶凝砂砾石工程的配合比设计参数取值范围。结果表明:当胶材用量固定时,砂率大于30%后,强度下降明显;随着水胶比降低,强度增加,但存在拐点现象;水泥用量从10~80 kg/m3变化,180 d龄期强度变化范围为2~24 MPa;特定水泥用量下,随粉煤灰掺量的增加,强度变化不大,远低于水灰比的变化对强度的影响;砂中含泥量在28%以内对强度的影响不大。
Comprehensive investigations are made to study the effects of five parameters in mixing design, namely the water- binder ratio, the cement content, the fly ash content, the sand ratio and the mud content in sand on the strength development of the cemented sand and gravel(CSG). The results show that if the amounts of cementitious materials are fixed, the CSG strength declines significantly when the sand ratio is more than 30%. The CSG strength increases with the decrease of water-binder ratio, but an inflexion is there. The 180 d CSG strength increases from 2 to 24 MPa when the cement content increases from 10 to 80 kg,/m3. With specified cement content, the effect of the fly ash content on the CSG strength is less and much smaller than that from the water-binder ratio. Moreover, the mud content in sand has less impact on CSG strength if it is below 28%.
