摘要
本文研究了一种改性粘土水泥膏浆。通过对其凝胶时间、流动度、粘度、屈服强度,及结石体性能等进行大样本长周期室内试验,与常规水泥基注浆材料及水泥膏浆比较,表明该改性粘土水泥膏浆具有抗水冲释、浆液的凝胶时间可调、浆材扩散范围可控等优点。针对湖南托口水电站河湾地块防渗工程中,平均厚80 m的上部中等透水红层和最大孔深80 m的下部溶蚀地层,灌注常规水泥浆材耗浆量大、灌浆存在单层夹饼等问题,通过生产试验,表明应用改性粘土水泥膏浆辅以常规浆材可实现控制灌浆,降低造价明显、提高工效显著,其性能指标也能满足工程要求。
A kind of modified clay cement paste-slurry is studied herein. Through a long period lab-test on the large sample of the past-slurry for its cementing time, fluidity, viscosity, yield strength, behavior of calculus body, etc. , it is verified that the modi- fied clay cement paste-slurry has the merits such as water-dilution resistance, adjustable cementing time, controllable slurry diffu- sion area, etc. , if compared with the conventional cement based grouting materials and the cement paste-slurry. In accordance with the problems of large consumption of conventional cement-grouting material and single sandwich-layer occurred during the grouting of the upper medium permeable red strata with the mean thickness of 80 m and the underlying erosion strata with the maximum hole-depth of 80 m in the project of anti-seepage for the river-bend plot of Tuokou Hydropower Station in Hunan Prov- ince, the relevant construction experiment demonstrates that the application of the modified clay cement paste-slurry supplemented with the conventional grouting material can realize the controllable grouting therein with obvious decrease of construction cost and significant increase of construction efficiency, and furthermore, its performance indexes can meet the related engineering require- ments as well.
