摘要
以锦州石化一套气体分离装置实施先进控制为背景,介绍了系统辨识的条件、辨识方法以及各种辨识模型结构。针对气体分离装置节能降耗技术开发与应用项目中复杂的工业流程,采用阶跃响应法,利用Matlab系统辨识工具箱中主要功能函数,对过程模型进行辨识,并分析不同模型的辨识结果。结合损失函数、预测最终误差、赤池信息等准则,对不同结构类型的辨识模型进行评价。
This paper describes the conditions, methods and a variety of identification model struc- tures of system identification based on advanced process control in the gas separation unit in China National Petroleum Jinzhou company. For complex industrial process control, with energy saving technology development and application of gas separation unit project process, use step response method and the main function in the Matlab system identification toolbox functions to identify the typical industrial process and analyze the results of different structural models. According to the evaluation criteria for the identification model and combining with the loss function, final prediction error and the Akaike information criterion to evaluate the accuracy of identification model.
