摘要
目的:分析与研究螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中图像质量的影响因素。方法:本文选择了80例患者进行研究,将这些患者分为两组,每组40例,观察组患者为心率≤60次/min,对照组患者为心率>60次/min,对两组患者进行螺旋CT冠状动脉成像。依照重建的螺旋CT冠状动脉成像当中图片质量,将其分成不可以用于评价以及可以用于评价两种类型。结果:80例患者当中有177支冠状动脉,而不可以评价的分别是25(14%)支以及43(24%)支。不可以用于评价的68支包括左冠状动脉回旋18(26%)支、左冠状动脉主干7(10%)支、左冠状动脉前降支12(18%)支以及右冠状动脉31(46%)支。不可以用于评价的因素有运动伪影、心律不齐、未完全屏气、相位窗以及延迟时间不当。结论:对螺旋CT冠状动脉成像中图像质量的产生影响的主要因素为运动伪影。
Objective: To analysis and research the affect factors of spiral CT coronary angiography image quality. Methods: Selected 80 patients studied, these patients were divided into two groups, 40 cases in each observation group patients for heart rate ≤60 times/min, and the control group in patients with heart rate〉60 beats/rain, the two groups of patients spiral CT coronary angiography. In accordance with the reconstruction of spiral CT coronary angiography in picture quality, divided into may not be used for evaluation and can be used to evaluate the two types. Conclusion: in 80 patients had 177 coronary arteries, and can not be evaluated respectively is 25(14%) and 43(24%). Not to be used in evaluation of 68 including the left circumflex coronary artery of 18(26%), left main coronary artery of 7(10%), left anterior descending coronary artery in 12(18%) and the right coronary arteries in 31(46%). Can not be used to evaluate factors motion artifacts, arrhythmia, not completely breath-hold phase windows and improper delay time. The main factors of the conclusions on the generation of spiral CT coronary angiography image quality for motion artifacls.
