火焰原子吸收法测定市售大米中的微量元素 被引量:7

摘要 对市售的大米进行干法灰化处理,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法对其中5种微量元素进行检测和分析。检测结果表明:该法方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、精密度好,相关系数(r)均在0.9758~0.9999之间。所测大米中铁和铜的含量高,不含铅。Cu、Fe、Zn、Cd的含量分别为4.77~13.18 mg/kg、15.69~182.15 mg/kg、24.05~29.75 mg/kg、0~0.42 mg/kg。 Five kinds of microelements in rice from market were determined and analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry which were treated by cineration. The method presented was found to be rapid, precise and accurate. The related confficients were 0. 9758 - 0. 9999. The result showed that the content of Fe and Cu were higher, without Pb. The contents of Cu, Fe, Zn, Cd were 4. 0. 42 mg/kg, resoectivelv. The orooosed 77 - 13. 18 mg/kg, 15.69 - 182. 15 method applied to the analvsis of rice mg/kg, 24.05 - 29. 75 mg/kg, and 0 - was satisfactory
