摘要
以水杨醛和丙二酸二乙酯为原料,用微波辐射法合成了香豆素-3-甲酸乙酯,通过单因素考察得出了最佳反应条件:微波辐射时间为8 min,n水杨醛∶n丙二酸酯=1∶1.17,催化剂六氢吡啶用量是水杨醛的7.7%(摩尔百分数),无水乙醇作溶剂,产率达88.8%,在此条件下,又研究了同炉多组实验,并应用于实验教学中,得到了良好的教学效果。
Coumarin -3 -ethyl formate was synthesized by salicylic aldehyde and diethyl malonate under microwave irradiation. The influence factors of the reaction were examined. After molar ratio of salicylic aldehyde/diethyl malonate of 1 : 1:17 reacted for 8 min in the presence of hexahydropyridine as the catalyst and absolute alcohol as solvent underm icrowave irradiation (119 W), the yield was up to 88.8%. Under this condition, the same furnace experiments was studied, which applied to the experimental teaching and got good teaching effect.
