集中供暖智能监控系统的设计与实现

摘要 本文设计了一种集中供暖智能监控系统,本系统监控中心采用Profibus-DP总线通信及GPRS网络分别实现对锅炉房、泵房及管网等监控装置的通信监控,引入了分时分区及气候补偿技术,实现热源、热网、热用户智能优化监控。系统可通过监控中心嵌入的计算模型对锅炉设备运行参数、泵房设备运行参数、用户热负荷及管网流量等进行科学计算,分别对热源、泵房及管网进行监控调节。本系统已在潍坊学院投入运行,运行数据表明,系统操作简便,可靠性高,节能效果显著。 This paper designed a central heating intelligent monitoring system. The monitoring certer adopts Profibus-DP bus and GPRS network to monitoring and communicate with the equipments' of boiler room, pump room and pipe network respectively, the system imports the time-sharing and partition technol- ogy and climate compensation technology to realize the intelligent optimization control of the heat source, the heat supply network and the heat users. The system's monitoring center can calculate the boiler equip- ments' operation parameters, the pump equipments' operation parameters, the heat load of users and the pipe flow with the embedded of computing model, and then monitor and control the equipments of heat source, pump room and pipe network. This system has been put into operation in Weifang University, the operating data shows that the system operates simply and reliably, its energy conservation effect is apparent.
