摘要
目的对比研究罗哌卡因采用0.75%浓度用于头皮神经阻滞对开颅手术中血流动力学的影响。方法气管插管全麻下行颅骨修补手术患者88例,随机分成生理盐水(A)组(n=44)和罗哌卡因(B)组(n=44),分别采用生理盐水或0.75%罗哌卡因行患侧头皮神经阻滞。记录术中血压变化进行对比。结果A组在切皮1min、5min、10min的SBP、DBP、MAP均明显高于B组(P<0.01)。结论采用罗哌卡因头皮神经阻滞可以阻断刺激因子传递,提供有效的镇痛效果,减轻手术操作造成的疼痛,使血压保持平稳状态。
Objective To comparatively study the effect of 0.75% concentration of ropivacaine used for scalp nerve block on hemodynamics in craniotomy. Methods 88 cases of tracheal intubation general anesthesia downlink cranial surgery were randomly divided into saline solution (A) group (n = 44) and ropivacaine (B) group (n = 44), using normal saline or 0.75% ropivacaine for affected side of scalp nerve block, respectively, to record and compare the changes of blood pressure during operation. Results SBP, DBP, MAP of group A in skin incision 1 min, 5 min, 10 min was significantly higher than that of group B (P〈0.01). Conclusion Ropivacaine scalp nerve block can block passing colony-stimulating factor, provide effective analgesia, mitigate the pain of surgical operations, and keep blood pressure steady.
